But it made me feel like a nuisances when asking if they had certain items before ordering or asking her to repeat herself when she spoke extremely quickly to get through the list. However I had a couple items missing, some incorrect, and while ordering she seemed irritated with me for having a hard time hearing her quickly tell me what they did have (she explained they were out of quite a bit). We ordered the other day for a picnic and all of the food I received was good. Gourmet Chick (choice of any sandwich or scoop and 2 side items, pickle spear & the cookie) 8.59. Original Chick (choice of any sandwich or scoop and 1 side item, pickle spear, & the cookie) 7.59. I like chicken salad chick, but if I return it will probably be to another location.I love the food at chicken salad chick. Soup & Sandwich (soup cup of the day & half of any sandwich) 5.99. Every single time I have ordered a dessert, I don't receive it and when I am the one picking it up and notice before I leave I have been met with annoyance. Every time I order a special extra treat for my daughter and I, it is always left out.

Update 3/26/21: I've been back a few times since original review, and again, while the food I receive is always decent.
